GOP Candidates on Term Limits

In recent polling, 80% of Texans favor term limits for our elected officials.

How do the GOP Candidates feel about Term Limits?

David Dewhurst

During his campaign for U.S. Senate, Dewhurst called for limiting Senators to 12 years in office and preventing elected officials from lobbying immediately after they leave office.

Pledged to serve only 12 years if elected to U.S. Senate
