Voter I.D.

How any citizen of the United States can object to the requirement that a voter must show a government-issued photo I.D. in order to cast a ballot is beyond me.

We can't board an airplane without a government-issued photo I.D. We can't cash a check without one. And have you seen the requirements one must meet in order to vote in Mexico? You practically have to give a blood sample.

There are multiple voter I.D. bills making their way through the legislature. The only satisfactory bill is one which requires a government-issued photo I.D. Not a utility bill. Not a library card. Not a gym membership I.D.

This problem should never have gone on as long as it has - voter fraud is rampant. Contact your elected state representative and state senator to request their support of this vital legislation.
