Can the Confirmation of Radical Elena Kagan be Stopped?

SCOTUS nominee Elena Kagan is not your typical American. Raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, she has spent her entire life in the world of academia. Like most of Obama’s associates, she is anti-military, anti-gun, pro-socialist, pro-ObamaCare, and completely outside the mainstream on issues which are important to Americans. In her college thesis she bemoans the failure of the socialist movement in America. And to top it off, she has never been a judge. Just like the President who nominated her, she is unqualified and radical and should be stopped at all costs. So what are the conservatives going to do to defeat her?

In typical conciliatory fashion, some of our own Republican Senators have already raised the white flag.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., in what could be called the understatement of the year, characterized Elena Kagan’s views as "a bit disturbing," and said that Kagan's ban on military recruiting at Harvard was "inappropriate." Graham justifies his surrender on this nomination by explaining that Kagan’s confirmation won't change the balance of power on the court. With Republicans like Lindsey Graham, who needs Democrats?

Please call your Senators and implore them to vote "NO" on Elena Kagan's confirmation to the Supreme Court.
